Project Consultation
Need help clarifying or articulating your project? I will come and do a FREE 1 hour consultation with you to help you define the scope of your project. Once we have explored your ideas, I will send you a summary of your goals and any potential concerns that you can present to a contractor when you start getting bids. This will also include access to my directory of contractors to get you started on your journey.
Accessible Design
Do you have family and friends who have a hard time visiting your home?Will your home continue to work for you as your physical needs or your partner's needs change? I can provide a FREE functional assessment of your home to help you determine if renovation makes sense or if it might be time to consider a move.
Project Liaison
Would you prefer to have someone you know and trust oversee your project and manage the tradespeople in your home? I'm happy to represent your needs on site and let you choose your level of involvement in the process. From organizing to rightsizing to full renovation, I can take it from beginning to end so that you can rest easy, knowing your vision will be honored the whole way through. Rates starting at $75.00/hour.
Presentations for the 55+ Club

I can bring my team of specialized providers at Oregon Senior Panel to you for FREE (in person or virtually) so you can get the information you need about: financing, home organization, housing options, home design, Medicare/Medicaid and the realities of aging-in-place.
